  • Ordinance #470 - Construction Code  An Ordinance to Repeal section 214.07 of Chapter 214 of Title two, Part Two of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Ionia regarding Fees in the Building and Housing Code; To repeal Chapters 1420, 1422, 1424 and 1426 of Title two, Part Fourteen of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Ionia regarding the Adoption and Enforcement of the Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical codes; and, to Enact a new Chapter 1421 of Title Two, Part fourteen of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Ionia regarding the transferring of responsibility for the Administration and Enforcement of the Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Codes to the County of Ionia.
